st roch, prosthesis man

A day or two after i got back to new orleans angelique and i went on a site-seeing adventure at the st roch cemetery! Had never been there, and definitely didn't expect to find a closet full of prosthetics in the chapel - Pretty erie since most of the items showed significant signs of weather and tear. That'll get the most photos up today for sure. Found a couple small moments here and there and just kind of played tourist like i did in japan. I'm trying a different approach to everyday life, attacking it with the same keen scrutiny as a tourist, as if i were confronted with it for the first time, in the hopes it'll yield new things to think about... what it is... what this is...

aaannyways. also made a trip to spanish fort in lakeview. It's where i used to catch the bus in middle school. Fun times, the bus!

bus stop. we used to hide hubcaps in the tree skirt.
there was this one particular bump, and i would pick one up almost every day.
one day the plants were trimmed and the hubcaps were gone.
our bus stop got moved soon after that...
