Got around to visiting three hokkaido temples in sapporo today. The snow's been coming down all day, and still going. Not as cold as you'd think though. It got tough walking around for a minute earlier so chris and i ran down to an underground network of malls below the streets. Kind of like a train-station style network of stores but it connected to a bunch of basement levels of buildings and seemed to have more of an identity. I'm not used to that kind of thing so i though it was interesting, the striation and layering of pedestrian paths, etc. It was packed! I guess a lot of people had the same idea of getting out of the snow. And the name of the mall network? POLE TOWN.

The first temple we went to was the most photogenic so there's a bunch from that oonnneee.. I'm going to make it a job to get more photos of people, as i feels likes i'm not getting enough of those. OK! Here's themples
